How To Manage Staff Portraits During Covid
You’ve added more team members but the office has been remote since March 2020. You would like to offer new staff portraits as part of your onboarding process but don’t know how to handle it.
Do THEY go to the office? Do YOU go to the office? How does it work when they’re taking photos? Do they take photos with their MASK ON?
I understand, it’s a scenario that many of our clients find themselves in and we’ve heard these questions and more since the world began working remotely.

Knowing the office was “closed” and the team is working remotely, what did we do?
Scheduled 15 minute increments for each person’s portrait
Ensured there were not more people at the office than allowed
Made sure team members could get “in and out” and didn’t have to wait around
Allowed staff to schedule their day as needed and arrive on time for a portrait
The process of photographing staff portraits at the office did take longer than it usually does. However, it is because The Right Place wants to ensure their staff is safe and able to serve its clients and investors.
