Team Portraits in Grand Rapids: Plan It Financial Group

Connecting with clients ready to have their team photographed is always great. It shows they are serious about the image of their business and ready to highlight their team members.

One of the first questions asked when new clients reach out about business photography is, “what would it look like to have you come out to our office….”

The response is usually an estimate of time. Maybe 1 hour of photography, perhaps a 1/2 day. After a few minutes of answering questions and determining what clients are looking for, we can provide an estimate.

For the Plan It Financial Group 2 hours of photography time was estimated for their group and individual photo needs. One of my goals is to minimize time away from a staff member’s desk during a shoot, ensuring the experience is convenient and easy for them.

With the Plan It Financial Group, we focused on team portraits first and then individual portraits. Once complete images were proofed, selected, edited, and then delivered in a short amount of time.

With a deadline for a new website, the Plan It Financial Group’s session went wonderfully, and they now have fresh images for both website and social channels.
