Tracy + Emily | Wedding Ceremony in Dewitt
Tracy and Emily are such a great couple. We first met Emily as she planned new portraits for her company and during that process let us know that wedding bells were probably in the near future for her. We told her to email us as soon as she had set a wedding date. Little did we know that she would set the date for mid-March and the ceremony would be set outdoors. These two were all smiles though on their wedding day (as they should have been). They didn't allow the cold weather to affect them in the least. In fact, on the morning of the wedding, Emily emailed us letting us know how excited she was for the snow fall. They were very gracious to their wedding guests. They rented a couple of outdoor heaters for friends and family as they planned their outdoor ceremony for mid-March in Dewitt, Michigan.
Both have children from previous marriages and now have a family of 6 kids. Their kids were such great sports in dealing with the cold and having some fun in front of the camera!
Following their ceremony, they headed off with their wedding guests to an intimate dinner near their home.
It was great working with these two and the snow-filled backdrop at the park they chose is a stunning reminder why winter weddings are such a great choice in Michigan.
